Mayte’s Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 animal humane organization that brings awareness to neglected animals and places adoptable dogs in new and loving homes. Originally starting as a one-person organization, taking in animals from acquaintances, family members, etc. – the rescue has grown into a nationwide force. Once an organization that saved a handful of animals a year, Mayte’s Rescue now can bring up to 40+ dogs to safety on a monthly basis!
